January 14 & 15, 2023
Ever wonder how and why the lighting of the Golden Age of old Hollywood looks so different from today’s movies? Join Lerro Photography as we transport back in time and learn lighting schemes from the 1940’s films. In this photography workshop, we will focus on lighting and creating bold and dramatic images reminiscent of film noir movies.
Topics the participants will learn:
– Different types of light modifiers and how they each work
– Creating a vintage portrait
– How to work and pose a model
– Setting up a scene with dramatic lighting
– Post-processing techniques
This workshop will be hosted in a beautifully restored 1900s home located in Rockhill Furnace PA. Its vintage charm and style will be the perfect backdrop for our workshop.

Our latest go/no go date is December 15th. If by December 15th, there are not enough tickets sold, the photo shoot will be canceled. All spots are nonrefundable after our go/no go date is set. If a patron can’t make the event after our go/ no go date is set, the patron must find someone else to purchase their ticket or the ticket charge gets credited to a future event. Lerro Photography does reserve the right to cancel a photo charter at their discretion. If the charter is canceled, Lerro Photography will refund the photo charter ticket price. All refunds will be issued by check only. The Credit Card Convenience fee in non-refundable regardless of patron or charter cancellation. Lerro Photography is not responsible for loss of additional expenses. Lerro Photography reserves the right to make changes to the schedule, dates and or lighthouses if need be. We are not responsible for bad weather, delays or cancelations. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen items, injuries, sickness or damages to personal equipment and lost of personal travel expense. Failure to comply to park rules, regulations and to the direction of Lerro Photography can and will result in your expulsion from the charter without refund. Lerro Photography reserves the right to expel a patron if needed.
