Grand Teton Photo Workshop 2024

Grand Teton National Park Photo Workshop 2024
Lerro Photography Presents:
Grand Teton National Park Photo Workshop
January 19-22, 2024
Join Lerro Photography as we photograph the wild frontier of Grand Teton National Park in the depths of winter! Very few people visit this magical place when it’s covered in Wyoming’s deep snow, and the winter conditions add a moody dimension to these dramatic peaks.
The stunning Grand Teton stands 13,775ft tall, looming 5,700 feet over a likely-frozen Jackson Lake. The park’s trademark bison, elk, and moose will be covered in a dusting of snow, and as they breathe, the cold temperatures will leave behind a dramatic fog of vapor. Everywhere, the park will be white, still, and scenic.
I have braved Grand Teton in the cold, researched the best places to shoot these dramatic landscapes, and found the best time to shoot them in the most dramatic light. I’m ready to share these viewpoints with you and share this magical and peaceful winter scene with you.
During our photo workshop, we will photograph during various lighting conditions, including sunrise, daytime, sunset, and blue hour. We will also learn to work with the challenges that are associated with photographing large wildlife. You will also learn the basic technical aspects of how aperture, shutter speed, and ISO affects the photos and how to adapt your photography techniques and gear to extreme cold conditions.
Pack your jackets, your thermals, and your lens warmers, and get The Lerro Experience in the mountains of Wyoming.
Lerro Photography is an “Authorized Permittee of the National Park Service”.
