East Broad Top Night Photo Session
The East Broad Top Night Photo Session
August 14, 2020
The East Broad Top has come back to life and is in the beginning stages of renovation. The weekend of August 15, 2020 marks the 60th Anniversary of the first tourist trains to run on the EBT and there will be a number of ceremonies to mark the occasion. Lerro Photography has organized a night session to go along with the 60th anniversary event. All of the locomotives are still inoperable but we will use smoke bombs to make the locomotives look fired up. Locomotives 12, 15, 17 and 18 will be featured during the photo shoot. Locomotives #14 and #16 are disassembled and will not be featured in the night shoot.
Photo 1 – The M1 with a caboose at Enyeart Crossing. The photographers will ride in the M1 and caboose to go for a short ride to the Enyeart Crossing where we will set up and wait for dusk. Antique vehicles will at the location as well. After this shot, we will return to the Orbisonia yard for our other three shots.
