Union Pacific Steam Shop Visit 2023
In early October of this year, I finally visited the Union Pacific Steam Shop in Cheyenne, WY. Known as “The Land of the Giants,” the shop is home to the Union Pacific Big Boy #4014 and the Union Pacific #844. Ed Dickens took a couple of us for a fantastic tour of the shop building, roundhouse, and turntable. I want to thank Ed Dickens for the red carpet treatment and tour of the facility.
